Dr. Alfi delivering his presentation at the 8th KAVLI symposium 2022

Dr. Alfi, Director of PRISB, attended the 8th  Indonesian-American KAVLI Frontiers of Science symposia 2022 in Yogyakarta from 1-6 August 2022. The 8th KAVLI symposium brings together outstanding young scientists to discuss exciting advances and opportunities in various disciplines. The format encourages one-on-one and informal group discussions in which participants continue communicating insights from formal presentations and the excitement of learning about cutting-edge research in other fields. By doing so, Frontiers helps to remove communication barriers between areas and encourages collaborations.

Dr. Alfi also delivered his presentation with the title Smong means more than the tsunami.
